Chelsey Nardi is a research manager at Empirical Education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from St. Cloud State University and a master’s degree in microbiology from North Dakota State University. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Colorado Denver (UCD), exploring the application of antiracist and critical theories in science education. Prior to joining Empirical, she worked for McREL International as a research and evaluation associate, and at Metropolitan State University of Denver as an affiliate faculty member in the Department of Biology. She has additional experience as a diversity, equity and inclusion coordinator at the UCD.
