Zach Crockett

Zach Crockett is a technical specialist working on the Department of Energy Systems Biology Knowledgebase (KBase) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Crockett primarily serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for the KBase Help Desk, responsible for responding to bugs, as well as answering questions about KBase usage and connecting users to specialized subject matter experts to advance the users' research. Additionally, he coordinates the software release process for integrating new features, apps and bug fixes into KBase. Crockett also works with KBase users to aid them in making their datasets produced in public more FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) by registering datasets with DataCite and promoting data citation.
