ASM Progress, Impact, Access and Accountability Committee of the Board
The Progress, Impact, Access and Accountability Committee of the Board guides the strategic direction of the Society on ensuring access and accountability for all endeavoring in the field of microbiology, recommending to the CEO and the Board of Directors the most optimal structure and coordination for activities to ensure maximum impact.
ASM Subcommittee on the Status of Women in °®¶¹´«Ã½ (SSWiM)
SSWiM leads programmatic efforts and initiatives dedicated to progress, impact, access and accountability (PIAA). Together the PIAA Committee and SSWiM work in unison to ensure progress, impact, access and accountability are elevated, embodied and embraced within ASM and throughout the microbial sciences.

SME leads programmatic efforts and initiatives dedicated to progress, impact, access and accountability (PIAA). Together the PIAA Committee and SME work in unison to ensure progress, impact, access and accountability are elevated, embodied and embraced within ASM and throughout the microbial sciences.

SSHEG leads programmatic efforts and initiatives dedicated to progress, impact, access and accountability (PIAA). Together the PIAA Committee and SSHEG work in unison to ensure progress, impact, access and accountability are elevated, embodied and embraced within ASM and throughout the microbial sciences.
MicroBio-LEAP Task Force
The MicroBio-LEAP Task Force functions to drive the success of the grant funded project supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF). The MicroBio-LEAP Task Force works in collaboration with the ASM Progress, Impact and Access and Accountability Committee to guide and lead this project.
