Adam Caulfield, Ph.D., D(ABMM), is the technical director of microbiology at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Mich. He also serves as an adjunct assistant professor in the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University. He completed his ASM CPEP clinical microbiology fellowship at Mayo Clinic.
