Keri Janssen, M.S., is an assistant professor of biology and biotechnology at Saint Louis Community College. She earned her M.S. in genetics from Iowa State University, where her studies focused on programmed cell death. Currently, she holds the position of Science Department Chair at the Florissant Valley campus. Her academic interests lie in biology education research.
