Inline Booth: $23.00 per sq. ft. 
Corner Booth: $24.00 per sq. ft.   
Island Booth: $24.00 per sq. ft.  

What's Included?

• 1 Exhibitor Full Conference Badge per 10'x10' booth purchased, which allows admittance into scientific sessions. Additional Exhibitor Full Conference Badges may be purchased at the member/non-member registration rate during the Exhibitor Registration process on site. 
• 2 Exhibitor Personnel Badges per 10’x10’ booth purchased, which allow access to the Exhibit Hall.
• 2 Complimentary Customer Pass Badges per 10’x10’, which allows exhibitors to invite non-registered customers entry into the Exhibit Hall only. Customers will register and obain their badge onsite in the Promenade Lobby at the registration counters.   

Each 10'x10' booth will be set with 8' high blue and white back drape and 3' high grey side dividers. One 6’ gray draped table, 2 chairs, 7’x44’ 1-line identification sign and 1 wastebasket. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive a 1-line identification sign upon request from Freeman.

Suitcasing Policy

Non-Exhibiting Suppliers are companies or organizations that provide services or products to the field of microbiology but do not exhibit at 2024 ASM CVS. Non-exhibiting suppliers must register at the rate designated for this category of participation. The purpose of this policy is to protect the vendors exhibiting and maintain the integrity of the exhibit hall. Non-exhibiting suppliers are prohibited from soliciting attendees to transact business at the meeting or in official hotels. Non-exhibiting suppliers who are observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces will be removed from the meeting immediately.

Monday, Oct. 7 | 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
*All booths must be set and ready by 4 p.m. The Welcome Reception in the Exhibit & poster Hall starts at 6:15 p.m.
